Happy Spring!!! There so many amazing things happening at My Grandmother's Table! First of all, in an attempt to become more well rounded as a chef I am going back to school. I will not be sitting in a traditional classroom, but working for Bon Appetit in a college kitchen to learn the ins and outs of being a line cook. I don't even think I can explain how excited I am by this opportunity.
However, during these 9 weeks of education I will not be able to do dinner deliveries. I hope this doesn't disappoint too many people, but I honestly feel as if I will be better equipped when I am done to serve my clients upon my return.
I look forward to seeing you all again at the end of May just in time for all the bustle of activity at the end of the school year.
