Looking towards July, while still enjoying June
Happy June 22nd! We made it through another celebratory litha and I am overjoyed. next week, I will share the second of two garden projects that the hubby and I have created to honor mid-summer, it should be done on Wednesday. what would it be like if everything absolutely fell right into place without a few opportunities to learn how to be better? I promise it is worth the wait. In the meantime, I can share the fairy arch as it currently is, it won’t be in full spectacular form until at least next year or 2028 when the plants we will be planting on it come into their own.
we up cycled an old trampoline. the plan is to plant some roses on one side and a honeysuckle vine on the other side to meet in the middle. I have a little chandelier that we are creating with solar lights and crystals too!!! hopefully some of you will be walking through the magical poppies sometime soon to join me in the cacao dimension with grandmother cacao.

Join us for an intimate evening of cacao, connection, and gentle ritual. Together, we will gather in circle, share a cup of ceremonial cacao, and engage in the simple, grounding practice of roasting and hand-winnowing cacao beans. As our hands move, conversation flows naturally—creating space for reflection, storytelling, and the quiet remembering of what it means to be in community.
Rooted in the ancient relationship between women, nourishment, and shared work, this experience offers a return to something deeply familiar. There is no pressure to perform or share—only an open invitation to sit, sip, create, and be.
Herbal teas will be available throughout the evening, and you are warmly invited to bring a journal should you feel called to capture any reflections that arise.
You will leave with cacao to continue your journey at home, and perhaps a softer connection to yourself than when you arrived.

On the powerful 7/7 portal—a day associated with spiritual clarity, inner truth, and energetic alignment—you are invited into a deeply transformative evening of fire, reflection, and self-empowerment.
Through a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided ritual, we will explore the energy of your “inner dragon”—the part of you that holds your passion, intensity, anger, and truth. Rather than suppressing or fearing this energy, you will be guided to understand it, work with it, and direct it with intention.
Inspired by the purifying nature of solar fire—often reflected in astrological moments like a Kazimi, where energy is burned clean and reborn—this ritual offers a space to release what no longer serves and reclaim your power with clarity and purpose.
The evening includes a symbolic fire release ritual, creative integration practices, and the opportunity to name and connect with your personal dragon as an ally moving forward. Each participant will receive a dragon totem and a grounding tea blend to support integration.
Facilitated by Dina and Denise in an intimate group setting, this experience offers both depth and support as you step into a more aligned relationship with your inner fire.

we meet at their respective parking lots, walk in or up as in the case of the bake oven knob, cop a squat and enjoy a cup of grandmother cacao and conversation. we listen to the birdsong or the water’s stories, absorb the energy of the outdoors and leave when we feel we’ve recharged our batteries enough. you are allowed to stay as long or as short as time as you wish.
A Cacao & Creative Self-Reflection Experience

Join us for a heart-centered evening of reflection, creativity, and self-compassion as we explore the many layers that make us who we are.
Guided by Grandmother Cacao, we will begin with a gentle meditation to open the heart and reconnect with the many versions of ourselves—honoring who we have been, what we have experienced, and who we are continuing to become. From there, participants will be invited to move through the decades of their lives using layered fabrics and simple hand stitching to create a meaningful textile piece representing their personal journey.
As we stitch and create, we will offer ourselves recognition for all we have lived through, while extending compassion, grace, and love to the parts of ourselves that carried us forward. The process gently unfolds into a symbolic release and acknowledgment ceremony, allowing participants to let go of what no longer serves them and adopt a self-love mantra to carry into the future.
All materials will be provided. However, you are warmly invited to bring any meaningful fabrics you may wish to incorporate—such as pieces from clothing, blankets, or items connected to loved ones. Journals are also encouraged for capturing reflections that may arise during the experience.
Heart-supportive tea will be available alongside ceremonial cacao.
No sewing experience is necessary—only a willingness to meet yourself with curiosity and care.
