From there, you’ll be guided step by step: pulping and pressing fibers into paper, then binding the sheets into a journal stitched by your own hands. Every step is a ritual of transformation—raw materials becoming something beautiful and useful, infused with your intention and the energy of this celestial day.

By the end, you’ll carry home more than just a journal. You’ll hold a sacred tool for daily gratitude, crafted with your own hands and blessed by cacao, the new moon, and eclipse light.

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting wet or a little dirty. A light snack will be served midway through the process as we allow paper to dry, covers created and binding to begin. Feel free to bring any dried plant materials you wish to add to your paper if you have a plant ally that you like working with. We will have rose, zinnia and sunflower petals as well as old book pages that you can cut words from to add to your pages prior to them drying if desired.
