Join us for a heart-opening afternoon of intentional cacao and intuitive painting. Together, we will begin in sacred circle, sharing Grandmother Cacao and a gentle guided meditation designed to quiet the inner critic, soften expectations, and reconnect us with our innate creativity.
From that place of presence and possibility, you'll be invited to explore color, texture, movement, and imagination through a mixed-media painting experience. There are no mistakes, no artistic requirements, and no right way to participate. This experience is about trusting yourself, following curiosity, and allowing your heart to lead the brush.
Facilitated by Dina Valentini of The Cacao Dimension and mixed-media artist Sandy Eckhart, this gathering offers a supportive space to play, create, and rediscover the joy of making art simply for the experience of making it.
