A white chocolate buttermilk lavender latte, layered with Peruvian cocoa butter, buttermilk, lavender sugar, and espresso, then finished with a mosaic of 70% lavender cacao.
This bar was inspired by the beautiful creativity of the young women who used to make lavender lattes for me in the café kitchen where I worked before the world paused in 2020. Their artistry transformed the way I experienced espresso, turning a simple cup into something thoughtful, fragrant, and full of joy.
“Sweet Memories” is a small tribute to those moments — to shared kitchens, creative spirits, and the quiet magic that can live inside something as simple as coffee, cacao, and lavender.
